Phillips Fine Foods

Phillips Fine Foods was founded more than 40 years ago, and is now owned and run by the Dove family.  The company is one of the Island's leading fishmongers, selling fish from local day boats and from further afield from their base in Cowes, the yachting mecca on the north of the Island.

Phillips are rightly famous for their oak smoked fish, which is all traditionally prepared by hand.  They use no dyes or artifical flavours, so the true taste and texture of the fish comes through.
