The Tomato Stall take ripe Island-grown tomato varieties and slowly oven roast them until they're sweet and delicious. Then they marinade them in basil-infused olive oil.
Each pot will be labelled with the tomato variety it contains.
Perfect to toss through linguini with some prawns!
