The Tomato Stall take sweet Island-grown tomato varieties and slowly oven-roast them until they're sweet and moreish. These are marinated in garlic-infused olive oil to add warmth and depth of flavour.
Each tub will be labelled with the variety of tomato it contains.
These are a great way to pep up a casserole, pasta sauce or to create a great canape.
