Isle of Wight soft cheese
Isle of Wight soft cheese is a mould-ripened creamy mild cheese in the style of a camembert. It is made with pasteurised milk from Guernsey cows grazing in the Arreton Valley.
This is a whole round wrapped cheese weighing approximatley 160g.
The cheese comes with a ripening and eating guide on the back, so you can enjoy the cheese when its young or more mature. Because the cheese is 'live' it may vary slightly from cheese to cheese in colour, texture and taste. The soft rind is totally edible, and a tasty part of the cheese!
The cheese can be frozen, but please defrost it fully before eating and do not refreeze it.
