A whole side of salmon traditionally oak-smoked by Phillips Fine Foods. Phillips' smoking process makes a beautifully rich and soft smoked salmon that we think makes the perfect sandwich, especially on granary bread with a dab of horseradish!
This is sliced with the slices interleaved so they can be separated without tearing. Presented as a side on a gold board. Weight 1kg approx.
Shipped in an insulated envelope with ice sheets to keep it in perfect condition.
